About Project One Putt founder, Tour Professional Brad Kennedy

Brad Kennedy started playing golf during the late 1980s as a junior, playing pennants for Surfers Paradise Golf Club and winning the Men’s Club Championship. He was selected as part of the Queensland and Australian Schoolboys Teams in 1992.  Brad completed a 3-year long PGA traineeship under the guidance of PGA Member Geoff Parslow at Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club, during which time he won the Queensland Trainee Championship and was awarded the Queensland Trainee of the Year by the PGA in 1996. After working as Head Professional for a year, Brad decided to follow his dream of playing.

Since playing professionally full time from 1998 on the PGA Tour of Australasia, Brad has been involved in various events starting from regional Australian Pro-am circuits through to full time golf tours in Asia, Japan and Europe. Currently, his focus is on playing the Japan Golf Tour, which generally consists of 20+ events per year and that of his home tour of Australasia, usually teeing it up in up to 6 events per year.

Brad Kennedy has achieved 9 tour wins to date in his 20+ year career.  He’s a 3-time Japan Tour winner and 6-time PGA Tour of Australasia winner and has teed it up on over 450 International Tour events.
